Passenger memorandum

Carriers of Odessa International Bus Terminal strive for providing high quality comfort. Please, remember about safety rules while voyage to make your trip really pleasant.

Take seats stated in your tickets. Keep your ticket till the end of the trip. You can stand up from your seats and walk in the passenger compartment only during stops.

Shelves over the seats are only for light things. It is prohibited to transport bags and carry-on luggage on seats. Please, place such things under the seats. The passage has to be kept free.

Children have to seat on separate seats or on parents’ lap. It is prohibited to put the child standing on the seat.

If you decided to take the seat back down, warn the passenger behind you. Take the seat back up during stops so that neighbor behind you could pass.

The bus makes stops during the route, the driver announces their duration. The bus is to follow the route schedule. Please, do not lag behind the bus as it will not wait.

Put garbage into packs and through away to litter-boxes at stops. Keep the bus and highway clean. 

Driver is entitled to refuse to transport the passenger if the latter is inebriated.

If you feel sick, need first-aid set or stop, address the driver.

We kindly ask you to keep silent from 10 pm till 7 am.

See if you took all your things with you when leaving the bus. Notify the driver about things and documents left by other people.

Be kind and polite to each other and to the driver.  

If there is a steward on bus or second driver you should settle all the issues with him. Do not destruct the driver on the move.

For long transfers we recommend taking a small pillow, blanket and comfortable shoes.
